Anna Udrescu is a proud native Floridian and second-generation real estate professional whose expertise is rooted in both local and international legacy. Real estate is not something she stepped into. It is something she was raised in.
With over a decade of hands-on experience across multiple operational seats in the industry, Anna has served as a licensed agent, team lead, operations strategist, trainer, and now Founder and Operator of Directive Solutions. Her career has been built from the inside out, giving her a rare understanding of what truly drives scalable real estate businesses.
Through Directive Solutions, Anna and her team partner with elite real estate professionals across the United States. She has worked alongside luxury teams, investment groups, expanding brokerages, and members of the Gary Keller Top 100. Her proximity to high-performance environments has shaped her standards, her discipline, and her expectation of excellence.
Today, she leads a team of five and partners with hundreds of agents across the nation. Her team are professionals with uncompromising operational standards.
