Refund Policy - the basics

Directive Solutions LLC provides professional transaction coordination, listing management, and operational support services to real estate professionals and brokerages.

Because our services are time-based, customized, and intellectual in nature, payments made for services are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Once services have commenced, time, strategy, communication, and operational resources are allocated specifically to the client’s business. For this reason, refunds are not applicable.

Payment terms and service commitment

By engaging Directive Solutions LLC and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Fees are earned upon engagement and allocation of services

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • Partial refunds are not issued for unused time, changes in business direction, or termination of services

  • Ongoing service arrangements are governed by the applicable service agreement

In the event of a billing error, clients must notify us within seven (7) business days of the charge for review.

Exceptional circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Directive Solutions LLC and must be documented in writing.

Nothing in this policy overrides the terms of a separately executed service agreement.
