Payment terms

All service fees, retainers, or transaction-based payments are governed by the applicable service agreement.

• Fees are earned upon engagement

• Payments are non-refundable

• Services begin once engagement is confirmed

Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within seven (7) business days of the invoice date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Directive Solutions LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity

• Errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client

• Delays caused by third parties, including MLS systems, title companies, lenders, or vendors

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Third-party links and integrations

This website may include links or integrations with third-party platforms, including CRM systems, MLS systems, scheduling tools, and marketing platforms.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
